We are a local, Stockton-based agency that provides quality home care to the elderly and disabled. Since 2005, we have been empowering seniors and the disabled to reach their highest level of independence with outstanding, compassionate caregiving services and support. Currently, we serve Northern California communities from our four outreach locations in Pleasanton, Sacramento, Santa Rosa, and Stockton.

Management Team

Leticia Robles
President

Driven by her passion for helping others, Leticia develops and implements strategies that enable Pacific Homecare to advance its mission of delivering outstanding care while also driving revenue, profitability, and growth. Leticia provides leadership that positions Pacific Homecare at the forefront of the industry. A graduate of the University of the Pacific, she holds a B.S. in Business Administration and has earned awards for her involvement with Junior Achievement. Away from work, she enjoys traveling, exploring, and long Sunday dinners with family.

Jorge Robles
Vice President Operations

Jorge manages back office operations at Pacific Homecare, including insurance, facilities, and supplies. He also leads the human resources staff that supports caregivers and administration. He is passionate about ensuring that caregivers get the assistance they need to provide exceptional service. Possessing a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, he also has more than 20 years of experience in project management for a Fortune 500 company. Away from the office, he enjoys the sense of discovery in exploring new cities.

Damian Gutierrez
Vice President Fiscal Operations

Damian oversees accounting operations at Pacific Homecare, including bookkeeping, billing, and payroll. He is motivated in his work by the fact that the company’s services provide welcomed relief and peace of mind to its clients. A financial services veteran, he has more than 20 years of experience working in banking, commercial lending, and commercial and residential real estate financing. In his free time, Damian thoroughly enjoys the therapeutic benefits of fishing — from a boat, in a kayak, or wading in a stream.

Eva Avila
Greater Sacramento District Manager

Eva handles day-to-day operations in the Greater Sacramento District, building relationships with clients while also managing the Sacramento office staff. She oversees more than 100 providers, offering motivation and support. Eva also works closely with Alta California Regional Center, managing private pay clients and vendors, and serving on the Vendor Advisory Committee. A UC Davis graduate, she holds a B.A. in Communications. Away from the office she enjoys hiking, camping, and trying new recipes on her family.

Respect: Our compassionate caretakers and staff strives to respect each of our clients' wishes by empowering them and their loved ones to create their own, flexible schedules. We respect our client’s and their loved ones' privacy, dignity, and independence.

Honesty: With honesty, transparency, and integrity, our knowledgeable and helpful staff guide each family through the in-home care placement process. From the initial inquiry to placement of a care provider, we carefully assess each clients' needs to ensure the most personalized plan of care is offered at all times. Our honest approach ensures our clients and their loved ones know where they stand in the process at all times.

Kindness: A commitment to our clients is a commitment to kindness. Our caretakers exemplify friendliness and companionship with each relationship, often times providing care that exudes the familiar, generous warmth of a family member.

About Our Care Providers

Our Pacific Care Providers are compassionate and kindhearted individuals who deliver Pacific Homecare Services’ premier brand of in-home, quality care services. We select our Care Providers from a competitive pool of applicants that are truly dedicated to their profession and uphold a commitment to professionalism and relevant experience. Each Care Provider completes evaluations, milestones, and continual trainings throughout their time with Pacific Homecare Services. All caretakers are also dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients and their loved ones by promoting cheerful, flexible, and independent lifestyles.   

To maintain premium care, all of our care providers:

  • Are First Aid and CPR Certified
  • Are fully Insured
  • Are bonded
  • Have a current valid Driver’s License
  • Have successfully completed our initial comprehensive new employee training
  • Undergo Department of Justice fingerprint background check
